We want all 3D Printer users to experience the Revo ecosystem. To help facilitate this, we’ve made the Revo cold side open source. To date, we’ve worked with Voron, Biqu and Microswiss to create collaborative Revo products with members of the community even creating Revo heatsinks of their own!
The thermistor, heater and block are integrated into a single unit - the HeaterCore. With a maximum temperature of up to 300°C, the Revo HeaterCore has considerably faster heat-up times than any HotEnd we've produced before.
Revo HeaterCore was designed with a high positive temperature coefficient, meaning power reduces as it gets hotter - this minimises hazards in the event of thermal runaway.

Equip your printer for fine details with 0.15 or 0.25 nozzles or, go for thick extrusion widths and higher layer heights with 0.8.
Each Revo Nozzle has a colour-coded silicone sock and is engraved with easy-to-read number, so you can identify nozzles sizes at a glance.
As the Revo Eco system expands we will continue to introduce more use case specific nozzles to cater for your printing needs. ObXidian is the first of the expanding ecosystem providing a wear resistant nozzle for printing fibre filled filaments that would otherwise be destructive for brass nozzles.
