Compact & Rigid
By combining the V6 and Titan into a single unit, Titan Aero results in a compact extrusion system, offering you an extra 25mm of Z-axis build height in comparison to the V6 and Titan combination in a direct drive setup.
Compact in this case also means rigid. The shorter overall length with an integrated sink means Titan Aero can cope with the knocks and bumps associated with the fastest of 3D printers.
Great for flexibles
By having a short, well-constrained filament path there is less room for filament to bend, buckle and jam, meaning Titan Aero is suitable for printing flexible filaments such as TPU with conservative speeds.

Modular Ecosystem compatibility
Titan Aero is compatible with the E3D ecosystem, meaning you can upgrade your setup to the desired specifications. Choose from our range of heater blocks, temperature sensors, heater cartridges and nozzles.
Easy to install, Easy to use
Titan Aero is mounted based on the standard NEMA 17 hole pattern. This provides the ability for it to be fitted to a wide range of 3D printers, making it straightforward to design custom mounting solutions for your setup.
Alternatively, due to fantastic community support, there are many pre-designed mounts available on file-sharing platforms such as thingiverse.com for the most common printers on the market.
By using Titan’s custom engineering and rigorously tested extrusion system, Aero is highly reliable and retains all the smart usability features. It’s a breeze to load and unload filament, manually extrude, adjust idler tension, and clean out debris from the hobb.
The use of Titan’s 3:1 gearing ratio pairs it perfectly with the compact but powerful motor, making for a lighter weight carriage whilst maintaining reliability and pushing power.
