Description

Designed specifically for use with the Voron Stealthburner, Revo PZ Probe Voron integrates a bed levelling system inside a Revo Voron Heatsink, transforming your Revo nozzle into a bed probe – all within the same form factor.

Easy PZ Probing

PZ Probe is a piezoelectric element which converts vibrations into electrical signals and is triggered upon contact between the nozzle and the print bed. With PZ Probe you only need to calibrate your z offset once to accommodate for flexibility in your motion system, after that simply screw in (with only your fingers) a new nozzle, and PZ Probe does all the hard work for you…. Easy PZ!

Lightweight

Weighing in under 40g including the heatsink & cables, PZ Probe ensures that this set-up is significantly lighter than any other Stealthburner tool head and bed levelling sensor combo.

Perfect first layer

Using the Revo nozzle as probe ensures a precise bed levelling mesh, leading to a clean first layer, the pre-requisite of any successful 3D print.

Easy Integration

The only new part to add to your existing Stealthburner set-up is a Flat Flex Cable, read more here about this super simple step. Check out SteveBuilds mount here, note that you will need 2 extra printed parts if you opt for this mount.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How does the PZ Probe differ from traditional bed leveling sensors?
A: Unlike traditional sensors that measure proximity, PZ Probe uses the actual nozzle to detect the bed surface, providing unmatched precision and eliminating offset errors common with side-mounted sensors.

Q: Do I need to recalibrate Z-offset after changing nozzles?
A: No! One of the biggest advantages of PZ Probe is that you only calibrate once. After that, you can swap nozzles freely without recalibration.

Q: Which Hotside pack should I choose?
A: For standard materials (PLA, PETG, ASA) at normal speeds, choose Starter. For high-speed printing, select High Flow. For abrasive filaments, choose High Flow X. For maximum versatility, including high-temperature materials, choose Genius 400 or Genius Metal.

Q: Is installation difficult?
A: Installation is straightforward, requiring only the addition of a Flat Flex Cable to your existing setup. Detailed instructions are included, and our support team is available to assist if needed.
