Working at E3D

First day 

Welcome to the team. On your first day at E3D you will be met by your line manager who will have arranged a full HR induction, including a tour of the building, health and safety practices, outstanding admin tasks etc, all the fun stuff! You'll then be reunited with your new team and start to get a clear idea of how your role fits into the bigger picture.

After you start

We encourage training and team collaboration, our culture is supportive with open conversations. We provide a blend of on-the-job training and e-learning to set you up for success. Your line manager will catch up with you regularly to help you settle into your new role.

Communication is very important to us at E3D. We hold regular all staff meetings to recap our company goals, review successes and learnings over the past quarter and set the direction for the coming months. We encourage direct and honest feedback from our employees.

Our Mental Health Champions team is always available if you are experiencing personal difficulties and need someone to talk to.

Our application process

Step 1: Find the position for you

All of our current vacancies are advertised on the Job Opportunities tab. If a suitable role for you isn’t advertised right now, sign up to our mailing list to be notified when new vacancies go live. 

Step 2: Found it? Apply online

We have a simple online application system where you can upload your CV and a covering letter. This is your chance to really sell yourself and tell us why you are the right person for the role and why you are interested in joining the E3D team. Step 3: Invite to interview

If you are short-listed, we will contact you to arrange an interview. This might be an initial telephone or video call or a face-to-face interview, depending on the role. Don’t forget to prepare some interesting questions, so you can find out more about us!

If you are successful, we will contact you with the good news and a formal job offer letter. We will also let you know if you are unsuccessful.
